Lesley Oliva Moises is the Corporate Controller for Charter Brokerage. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University. She also earned her Master of Science degree in Business Ethics and Compliance with an emphasis in Forensic Accounting from the New England College of Business and Finance (Cambridge College).

Lesley joined Charter Brokerage in 2003. As Corporate Controller, she oversees all accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting for Charter Brokerage and all its subsidiaries. Prior to her current role, she oversaw the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)/Bonded Warehouse operation teams, including establishing new Zones/Warehouses and compliance oversight. She is a member of the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones (NAFTZ) and served on its Petroleum Committee. She also spent several years in the banking industry, in roles for operations accounting controls and as a Senior Internal Auditor.
