Matt Meyer is the vice president of technology and transformation at Charter Brokerage. He earned his B.A. in Business from Grand Valley State University and his Master’s of International Business from Macquarie University.

With over a decade of experience in the duty drawback industry, including his role as Director of Drawback Operations at a major customs brokerage firm, he possesses extensive operational and technical expertise. Since joining Charter Brokerage in 2020, he has assisted International Trading Firms, Manufacturers, and Fortune 500 clients in developing more successful drawback programs through innovation and efficiency while ensuring the highest compliance standards. In addition, he has helped develop Charter’s proprietary Drawback Software.

Mr. Meyer collaborates with corporate clients, industry groups, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection to find solutions in the evolving field of international trade and duty drawback.
