Michael Katsnelson is a vice president at Charter Brokerage. He graduated from Rutgers University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Since joining Charter in 2011, Mr. Katsnelson has held several leadership roles. He began his career in operations, managing and overseeing the growth of rail, pipeline, and vessel imports. In 2018, he transitioned to a management role within the IT department, applying his operational expertise to lead company-wide process improvement initiatives.

In his current role, Mr. Katsnelson helps drive the implementation of innovative technologies, focusing on optimizing data quality and enhancing organizational efficiency. His responsibilities include collaborating with all departments at Charter to assess workflows, document processes, and develop solutions that strengthen compliance and maximize productivity.
