Wes Herndon
Vice President
Wes Herndon is the vice president of drawback operations for Charter Brokerage LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Houston.
With more than 20 years of customs experience, Mr. Herndon specializes in duty drawback. He started his career in the petroleum industry with Exxon Chemical as part of the Controllers Department. He left Exxon in 1995 to begin his career in the duty-drawback arena. Since that time, Mr. Herndon has been involved in every aspect of the duty-drawback program, with expertise in petroleum and chemical drawback.
He regularly advises clients on all matters related to drawback and has been a speaker at various trade conferences, including NCBFAA and NAFTZ.
